This product may also be used to prevent reinfestation of roundworms in puppies and dogs and in lactating bitches after whelping. Availability Worm Protector 2X Double Strength Suspension is a non-prescription (OTC) product. How this product should be used Shake well before use. Give 1 teaspoonful for each 10 lbs of body weight. Can be given directly or mixed in with food. Pet should have a follow up fecal exam within 2 to 4 weeks.
