GLYCO-FLEX® II EQ for
horses is a supplement to support proper joint and connective tissue functions.
This formula includes Perna canaliculus, Glucosamine, and Methylsulfonylmethane
to provide optimal connective tissue support. The Perna mussel is rich in all
the major classes of glycosaminoglycans (GAGs), including Chondroitin - 4 - and
- 6 - Sulfate as well as amino acids, polypeptides, and nucleic acids (RNA and
DNA). Its effectiveness as a supplement is due to the unique biological activity
of all the many identified factors in the Perna Mussel. Methylsulfonylmethane
ensures the body’s ability to synthesize collagen for connective tissue health,
maintain cell membrane flexibility, and promote cell regeneration. Glucosamine
gives shape, elasticity and rigidity to such tissues as cartilage, tendons, and
ligaments and provides a key building block to the synthesis of cartilage.

Inactive Ingredients:
apple flavor, alfalfa, cane molasses, propionic acid, sorbitol, Vitamin E
complex, wheat germ meal.
Directions for Use for
Pellets:
Give three level (3) scoops twice daily for 4-6 weeks. Then drop back to 1 scoop
twice daily divided between AM and PM.
For horses over 1200 lbs, add 1 additional scoop daily divided between AM and
PM.
Proprionic Acid (0.125%)
and Vitamin E Complex (0.08%) are added to these products as preservatives.
