What is this product used for
Advantage Multi for Dogs is a once a month topical solution used for the
prevention of heartworm disease, to kill adult fleas, to treat flea infestation
and to treat and control intestinal parasites including hookworm, roundworm and
whipworm in dogs and puppies 7 weeks of age or older.
Availability
Advantage Multi for Dogs is available by prescription as ready to use single
dose applicator tubes packaged 6 to a box. Advantage Multi is available in the
following concentrations;
Advantage Multi 9 containing imidacloprid 40mg and
moxidectin 10mg in 0.4ml tubes for dogs 3-9 lbs,
Advantage Multi 20 containing imidacloprid 100mg and moxidectin 25mg in 1.0ml tubes for dogs 9.1-20lbs,
Advantage Multi 55 containing imidacloprid 250mg and moxidectin 62.5mg in 2.5ml
tubes for dogs 20.1-55lbs
Advantage Multi 88 containing imidacloprid 400mg
and moxidectin 100mg in 4.0ml tubes for dogs 55.1 to 88 lbs.
For dogs over 88 lbs use the
appropriate combination of tubes.
